Mission Statement
The mission of Beer Middle School is to provide a safe and exciting academic environment in which to develop an appreciation and respect for all individuals while preparing each student to be a responsible and successful member of society.

History
Agnes E. Beer Middle School – Dedicated: September 1969 - Agnes E. Beer was a veteran teacher/counselor at Warren High School. She is noted for her concern and personal attention given to students, even to the extent of taking them into her home. She helped organize the first Warren National Honor Society Chapter and directed the first play ever presented by Warren High School. Beer worked tirelessly to help bring a YWCA to the Warren area.

- Please report ALL absences OR tardies to this number as early as possible.
- Automated attendance calls and/or emails are generated by Warren Consolidated Schools to all students who are not reported absent to their school by 9:30 am.
- Please know that the absence line is not a homework request line and all absences need to be reported on a daily basis.

District Mandated Background Check
Any parent/guardian that volunteers to participate in school-related functions such as: field trip chaperone, coaching, dance supervision, assistants, etc. must complete and return the WCS background check form. Once the background check form has been approved by Human Resources, it is sufficient for all activities during the school year.
BACKGROUND CHECKS MUST BE DONE EVERY SCHOOL YEAR
Here is a list of things that you would need a background check for:
- Booster Parents
- Volunteering
- Field Trips
- Washington DC Trip
Background checks take two weeks to process; therefore, we cannot accept a background check the day/week before an event.
What you will need to hand into Beer MS for your background check:
- Copy of your license front and back
- Background check authorization form filled out and signed
- Copy of your Certificate of Completion of the bloodborned Pathogens and Concussions
