EARLY RELEASE POLICY

"6th Hour Early Release Policy"

  • Please send a note with your child stating your child's name and time to be released.  This note should be sent to the main office PRIOR to the start of school and a pass will be issued to your child.
  • Calls for Early Release MUST be made PRIOR to 2 pm.
  • Staff will not be calling classrooms after 2 pm.

CARTER MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2016

1.Tickets for the Extravaganza will be on sale for $2 today and tomorrow during ALL lunches.  You MUST have your school ID to purchase a ticket.  The Extravaganza is from 3:00 to 4:30pm tomorrow after school.

2. 8th graders interested in learning about the high school performing arts program WCSPA sign up in the counseling center to reserve your spot. There will be a presentation today at 10 a.m. in the media center.

3.Hello Carter- The Ecology Club would like to give you a special announcement.  The Ecology Club will be raising money to donate to Flint.  We want your help.  We will be selling pajama day tickets today and tomorrow.  The pajama day will be on Friday, February 12th.  All the money we earn will be donated to Flint to supply fresh water and filters to residents.

Thank you for helping us raise the money!!

4. For any student who would like to participate in the Warren Village Athletic Club Summer Recreational Baseball & Softball for kids program, flyers are available in the main office.

5. Any student interested in joining the  “Bowler’s Ed In-School” bowling program, there are flyers on the counter in the main office.

6. Any student interested in playing baseball or softball in the C.U.B.S. (Cities United Baseball & Softball) League, flyers are on the counter in the main office.
