The staff at Holden with input from parents believe that all stakeholders make a difference every day in the lives of students and each other.  We work together each day – instructional staff, support staff, clerical, custodial, community volunteers and parents to assist each student in reaching their learning goals.

A place everyone wants to be!

The Holden staff believes that a high achieving and successful school is a place where students, staff and parents are welcomed, treated with respect and learning new interesting/relevant curriculum.  All whom enter our school are expected to be learners every day.

Holden Elementary

Helping the Needy of Macomb County

Holden's Student Leadership Team is coordinating a Penny Drive October 20-24th to help the needy families in Macomb County.  Students are bringing in pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and even some dollars to donate!

After a student gives their donation, they recieve a blue or green little football of thier choice.  The students then get to post thier football on the MSU vs Michigan football field in the media center. Everyone is looking forward to the big game on Saturday and helping out our neighbors here in Macomb County.

The 6th grade students at Holden Year-Round Elementary School participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. The students raised $330 to be donated to the ALS Association.

Guy Louis was fabulous as he introduced musical instruments and encouraged kids to read at Holden's first assembly of the year.
